Minnow Co is Anthony Rivera-Rodriguez.
A senior communications leader with a decade of experience advising principals and institutions in public, political, and private-sector environments.
Before founding Minnow Co, Anthony served as Press Secretary to U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, where he worked on communications for some of the most scrutinized issues before Congress, including major judicial nominations, technology policy, gun safety, immigration, and national regulatory debates.
He later served as Communications Director to U.S. Senator John Hickenlooper, acting as a senior advisor and overseeing all external communications. In that role, he set strategy, managed execution, and built a communications operation supporting complex portfolios spanning science and innovation, infrastructure, financial services, and emerging technology.
Across roles, Anthony has been responsible not just for advising on communications strategy, but for owning execution—writing, messaging, media engagement, and crisis response—at the senior level. That operating model continues at Minnow Co: direct, accountable communications leadership from strategy through delivery.
Anthony is based in San Francisco.
